Kingdom City Church is a Spirit-filled, multiethnic church located at 1300 Buchanan Street in Des Moines, Iowa, directly across from East High School.
We believe our location is not accidental. God has positioned us in the heart of the city, surrounded by families, students, schools, businesses, and neighborhoods that He deeply loves. We are here to be more than a church that gathers on Sundays. We want to be a consistent, life-giving presence—a safe place where people encounter Jesus, discover their identity as sons and daughters of God, and find a community where they can belong and grow.

We believe the gospel brings more than behavior modification. Through Jesus, people are forgiven, restored, adopted into God’s family, and given a new identity.
Our desire is to see individuals and families transformed, leaders developed, churches strengthened, and communities changed through the presence and power of God.
